Job summary

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in Plymouth, MA to hire Manufacturing Operators across several departments, including plating, assembly, and inspection. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on production experience and exposure to medical device, aerospace and electronics sectors.

Shifts are available (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with pay starting at $17.50/hour and higher on select shifts. Weekly pay, plus shift differentials and benefits, are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plating, or inspection preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform plating, assembly, and inspection operations as directed.
• Operate production equipment according to standard procedures.
• Assemble small components and products following work instructions.
• Conduct visual quality checks and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety procedures and keep workstation organized.
