Manpower, Inc. in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Operator I/Medical Assembler to join a leading medical device manufacturer on 2nd shift (3:30pm–2am, Mon–Thu) with overtime.

You will assemble, test, and repair pacemakers, ICDs, and related components in a cleanroom, using a microscope and documented procedures to ensure quality. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organization, and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow written procedures.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components.
• Use microscope on a daily basis.
• Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements.

This role is with a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to learn working with a microscope, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operator I/Medical Assembler
Location: Plymouth, MN
2nd shift:3:30pm-2am, M-Thu + overtime - $19.25 per hour
