Job summary

Nature's Bakery, a Mars family company, is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the night shift in Salt Lake City. You will ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality snacks by weighing ingredients, operating equipment, and maintaining sanitation.

The role requires learning ERP/HMI systems and following strict safety and traceability procedures. We offer steady hours, a team-focused environment, and opportunities to grow within the production organization.

Qualifications

• Refill bulk containers and assist with bulk bag handling.
• Use ERP and HMI systems to track materials and ingredient delivery.
• Complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.

Shift: NIGHTS (Graveyard shift from 6pm- 6:30am on rotating schedule)

Pay: $24.25 plus differential for night shift

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our production team, you'll help make sure we're producing high-quality products safely and efficiently.

• Work in both warm and cold areas of the facility.
• Keep up in a fast-paced production environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Learn and perform basic equipment changeovers.
• Follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Accurately complete production and traceability paperwork.
• Learn and use computer-based systems, including ERP and HMI systems.
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Wear steel-toe boots or be willing to get them.
• Read, speak, and write English.
