A growing snack brand in Salt Lake City is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for night shifts from 6pm to 6am. Starting at $23.50 per hour, this role includes opportunities for skill development and pay growth. Shift

• Night Shift 6pm-6am 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends.

Pay

Newly Updated Pay - Associates start at $23.50 as an hourly rate. Importantly associates have a clear path to compensation growth through skill development and training milestones.

We're excited to roll out this new growth-based pay program, and most associates can expect to see this increase between 3–6 months, depending on progress. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills — and your paycheck — early in your journey with us.

What will you get to do?

• Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.
• Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Championing Safety and Quality: You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
• Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
• Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.
