Job summary

Nature's Bakery is hiring a Production Machine Operator (Nights) to join our fast-growing snacks division in Utah. You will work a 2-2-3 night shift (6pm-6:30am), focusing on precise measurement, safe operation of equipment, and strong attention to safety and quality.

You will use ERP to handle materials, complete batching paperwork, and support bulk bag handling, all while collaborating with a values-driven team. English proficiency and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak and write English.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with ERP systems and HMI for ingredient delivery.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix with precision to meet batch standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including basic machine operation and cleaning.
• Maintain safety and quality by following guidelines and practices.
• Manage materials using ERP, refill bulk containers and complete batching paperwork.
• Collaborate with team and uphold company values such as respect and teamwork.
• Sanitize and operate heavy machinery and equipment as required.

• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.

• Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.
