The Manufacturing Operator / Assembler / Robotics Operator is responsible for operating machinery and robots, as well as assembling carbon brushes. This role requires focus and diligence to ensure safety and efficiency in operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery such as tamping machines, grinders, drill presses, slot machines, and robots.
  • Set up manufacturing equipment for daily use.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery for safe operation.
  • Train and oversee other employees on specialized machines.
  • Understand and follow operating procedures for machinery.
  • Propose process or machine improvements as needed.
  • Report safety hazards in the work environment.
  • Use measuring instruments accurately.
  • Prepare parts for processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to ISO policies and procedures.
  • Assemble carbon brushes.
  • Participate in other assigned projects.
