Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC, is hiring an Operator Manufacturing III for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 5am–3pm). You will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed; you’ll contribute to preventing downtime and ensuring efficient production in a noisy, dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Lift at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend work and some holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Inspect parts and make adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality.
• Assist with setup and operation of production equipment following procedures.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Responsible for housekeeping and sanitation in production areas.
