Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Bishopville, SC is seeking an Operator Manufacturing III responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts and adjust settings to meet quality specs and assist with production setup and changeovers to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.

This role requires working the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, 9pm to 5:30am, with weekend/holiday coverage as business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend work may be required to support business needs.
• Work environment: noisy, hot and requires PPE.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operation activities on multiple equipment pieces to ensure startup and operation.
• Operate and monitor equipment, perform setup/changeover, inspect parts and adjust as needed to meet specs.
• Conduct GMP-based quality tests and communicate results to teams for quality production.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitations on production equipment.
• May operate palletizing and stretch wrap machines for factory efficiency.
• Unload/load product using RF Tablet and palletizing process.
• Scan products and stack safely in warehouse locations.
