$24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Operator III – Granulation performs functions related to processing drug products, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), customer requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include operating pharmaceutical machinery, executing SOPs, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting processes, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role may serve as a backup to senior technicians and involves collaboration across departments to optimize manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as weighing, blending, granulating, drying, milling, and potent compound processes.
  • Follow SOPs to maintain material purity and process integrity.
  • Perform equipment calibration, cleaning, change-overs, and quality checks.
  • Complete precise documentation of manufacturing activities.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, throughput, and quality.
  • Adhere to safety, compliance, and GMP regulations.
  • Participate in continuous training and team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years related experience.
  • Forklift certification may be required.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.
Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in machinery operation, troubleshooting, and equipment cleaning.
  • Effective communication skills, teamwork, and ability to train others.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift weights, and wear PPE.
