The Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) Operator ManufacturingII role involves monitoring and adjusting production equipment to meet specifications while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will perform start-up checks, operate and supervise equipment, coordinate with teams to minimize downtime, and comply with standard work, sanitations, and safety protocols to deliver consistent, high-quality beverage products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge through up to 12 months of work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment following procedures.

Responsabilités

• Performs pre-operation activities for proper equipment startup.
• Operates equipment and monitors performance to ensure quality and minimize unplanned stops.
• Communicates with team and support to sustain continuous production of correct product at high quality with minimal waste.
