Alfa Laval is seeking a factory production team member responsible for assembling parts, ensuring quality, and maintaining accurate production records. You will work within a team to meet ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Crane or forklift certs are a plus; lifting up to 60 lbs may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
• Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders.
• Intermediate computer skills expected.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; leadership and communication.
• Crane or forklift certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble parts and perform value-adding tasks.
• Monitor output quality and discard or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Follow ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.
