Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to set up and operate shop-floor machinery, including presses and CDCH coating lines, in compliance with TS16949 and ISO14001. Responsibilities include die setup, material changes, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe, orderly work area.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with manufacturing experience a plus; extended hours may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and change over production machinery including die set-up and material changes.
• Operate presses and/or CDCH coating lines to meet rate and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to maintain quality.
• Ensure machines are stocked with material throughout the shift.
• Assist tooling in die-related issues and perform light maintenance as needed.
• Complete all paperwork, documentation, and BPCS transactions accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.
