The Manufacturing Operator I is an integral part of the Pharma Solutions Operations Team, responsible for safe and compliant packaging of material, including setting up, running, and troubleshooting packaging lines, completing documentation, adhering to GMP standards, complying with safety regulations, and continuously improving skills. The position is located in Newark, DE, working rotating 12-hour shifts in a union shop. Responsibilities include operating equipment per SOP and cGMP, assisting in plant areas, maintaining records, moving finished products, cleaning and adjusting equipment, conducting product sampling, completing inspections and documentation, maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping, ensuring EHS compliance, reporting unsafe conditions, and completing training. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred technical degree, experience in industrial or chemical plant environments, knowledge of safety rules, and forklift operation experience. The role requires physical ability to work in manufacturing areas, read and comprehend documents, perform basic math, communicate effectively, work as a team, and wear PPE.
