Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Louisville, CO is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate. You will assemble parts, operate various production equipment, and support quality inspections to ensure product integrity.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 0-1 year of manufacturing experience, with basic math and blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work safely in a noisy facility. PPE will be provided and adherence to procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

Assembles parts using tools per illustrated work instructions.
Loads parts onto mandrels for packing and shipping.
Cleans and deburrs parts to ensure quality.
Operates production equipment (lathes, CNCs, presses, lip former, vibro machine, injection molder, pelletizer).
Fills and paints parts using chemical coatings including silicone and related materials.
Conducts quality inspection of completed parts and re-worked parts.
Assists shipping with labeling and packing.
Performs minor machine set-ups and cross-trains as needed.
