Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a CMA Operator I on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The role involves following instructions to assemble, inspect, and package components in a controlled manufacturing area, with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires manual dexterity, the ability to read technical docs, and comfortable with measuring tools and basic machinery operation.

Qualificações

• Reads, interprets, and follows technical documentation outlining specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble, inspect, and package products.
• Manually dexterous and able to handle small parts and tools with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with thorough inspection to identify quality issues or non-conformances.
• Uses logical reasoning to follow procedures and meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Adapts to changing tasks and speeds in a production setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, inspect, and package components and devices according to written specifications.
• Follow safety and quality procedures in a controlled manufacturing area.
• Operate and adjust machinery; use tools like razor blades, hole punchers, and grinders.
• Document quality problems or findings accurately in reports.
• Work at multiple stations following prescribed workflows and ISO/regulatory requirements.
