AMT Inc. – a leading manufacturer of Precision Investment Castings – has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Operator at our Sharon Springs, NY facility. The role is full-time hourly on the day shift in the grinding and finishing department, with training provided.

Candidates must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED. Prior investment casting experience is not required, but hands-on manufacturing skills are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old and HS diploma or GED.
• Experience is not required but a background in hand tools, metal working, manufacturing, and operations is a plus.
• Paid training provided for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Report to and perform tasks as assigned by department supervisor.
• Basic operation of hand tools and general manufacturing equipment.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
