Qualifications

• Ability to stand or bend continuously during a shift.
• Basic math concepts including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and decimals.
• Working knowledge of statistical process control analysis.
• Basic computer data entry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and report results.
• Strong oral and written communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance and machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment with start-up, set-up, production run, shutdown and housekeeping duties.
• Perform computer operations to obtain and process order information.
• Generate accurate production reports and data.
• Conduct routine maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain quality and minimize waste per specifications.
• Review SPC charts and take appropriate corrective action.
• Follow safety rules and participate in safety checks.
• Collaborate within a crew to meet goals.
