Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manufacturing orders and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to work with SPC concepts and apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Operates automated presses and performs first level maintenance to maximize performance.
• Monitors and records metrics, adjusts machine parameters to meet specs.
• Performs preventive maintenance and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Works across multiple stations, may rotate shifts and overtime as needed.
• Maintains 5S and a clean, safe work environment.
