TSG - The Sheridan Group in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the Bindery - Ancillary Machines. This entry-level role includes training; shift is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, full-time with overtime opportunities to grow your skills.

You’ll learn to set up and run small bindery equipment, monitor quality, work with a team to meet daily goals, and follow safety procedures in a hands-on production environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tool use.
• Ability to read job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable with strong teamwork.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
