Sheridan Group in Crosby Township, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for Bindery – Ancillary Machines. You’ll learn to set up, run and maintain small bindery equipment and contribute to hitting daily production goals, with training provided on sewers, drills, shrink wrap, board cutter and more.

This is a first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, full-time with overtime opportunities. No prior bindery experience is required—we’ll train you.

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
