3M Indianapolis, IN is seeking a General Operator to contribute to production and packaging operations. You will maintain quality and safety standards and use 3M computer systems to track production cycles while collaborating with coworkers and supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work rotating shifts, OT, and weekends, and the ability to operate production machinery. IPC certification is a plus, and relocation/travel are not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher) required.
• Able to work rotating shifts, OT, extended hours, weekends and holidays.
• 2+ months operating production machinery in relevant environment.
