Job summary

3M Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Quality Coordinator I on first shift. Starting rate is $27.63 per hour with benefits including 3 weeks vacation and day-one health, vision, and dental coverage.

Responsibilities include receiving inspections, testing, and creating certification documents for outbound material shipments. Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma, 3+ years manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed and verified before start.
• Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience in private, public, government or military environment.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Additional qualifications: basic computer knowledge, 1 year quality experience in manufacturing, SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct receiving inspections for incoming parts and materials for production release.
• Conduct product testing evaluation and release for production material.
• Create certification documents for outbound material shipments.
• Conduct product and dock audits when assigned.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical conduct while completing responsibilities.
