Worthington Enterprises is seeking multi-level Operators to safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line in Wisconsin. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with a $1.50 night shift differential and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Starting pay ranges from $21.43 to $26.50 per hour plus overtime incentives. Benefits begin day one, with an on-site gym, nurse, and barbershop, plus training and tuition assistance for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate entry-level equipment and follow SOPs to ensure quality.
• Work on the production line with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Follow plant safety rules, procedures, and setup instructions.
• Perform product transfers, assembly, and quality inspections as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper tracking.
• Complete required paperwork and keep area clean and organized.
• Support leadership and adapt to additional duties as assigned.
