Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical GMP environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Professional, confidential interactions with partners while complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive safety focus.
  • Flexible to take on additional duties.
  • Collaborative mindset for high-quality, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense raw materials, prepare media/buffer, sample prep and submission.
  • Coordinate receiving and sorting return product and rework.
  • Dispose of product per local regulations.
  • Pack, materials handling, operate and maintain equipment.
  • Troubleshoot in respective areas and identify improvements.
  • Mentor less experienced workers to use production equipment.
  • Adhere to Safety and Sustainability requirements and seek clarification when unclear.
  • Report safety/sustainability issues promptly and stop work if needed.

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for providing support functions to the manufacturing process, including packaging, materials handling either under cGMP conditions or in compliance with company policies and procedures.


What You Will Do


  • Competent in performing activities such as raw material dispensing, sampling, media and buffer preparation, filter installation and sample preparation and submission independently.

  • Coordinate and perform activities including receiving and sorting return product and rework.

  • Disposal of product in accordance to the local regulations.

  • Perform tasks such as packing, materials handling, operate and maintain equipment in the respective areas of work.

  • Able to do trouble shooting in respective areas of work.

  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendation.

  • Mentor less experienced workers to help them use production equipment or resolve problems.

  • Adhere to all defined Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations and seek clarification whenever Safety and Sustainability requirements and expectations are either unknown or unclear.

  • Promptly report identified Safety and Sustainability issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible

  • Stop work where deemed necessary to maintain safety.


What We Are Looking For


  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical GMP environment preferred.

  • Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing

  • Ability to maintain professional, positive, and confidential interactions with sponsors and partners while adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to proactively stop work to ensure safety.

  • Flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned.

  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to high‑quality, compliant operations.
