Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the Ashland, OH facility on the 1st shift. You will support the flow of raw materials, build sub-assemblies, and assist on the paint line as needed.

This entry-level role requires flexibility to work across production areas, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toed shoes are required; training will cover multiple areas with potential pay progression.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a variety of areas/departments.
• Must be flexible to support any area of production/distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Stand-up reach experience (PIT experience highly desired).
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Compensation: The hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm. Overtime required as needed.
