Isola is a leading copper-clad laminate and dielectric prepregs manufacturer based in Arizona. We are seeking a general interest hourly machine operator to join our production team in Chandler, AZ.

The role involves producing, processing, and inspecting laminate on the manufacturing line, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting the delivery of high-quality products to customers. Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or other related fields.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting the team by working scheduled shifts.
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems.
• Problem solving skills to ask the right questions to uncover the root cause and deliver a well-thought-out result.
