Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, WI is hiring a Production Operator to operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and produce leading consumer products. You will be part of a team that values safety and quality while supporting lean improvements across the line.

You will participate in start-ups, troubleshooting and quality checks on a rotating day/night schedule, with a starting wage of $28.12 USD per hour and full benefits. This role offers growth opportunities within a global company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 1+ years of verifiable continuous work experience.
• Able to work rotating shifts (days and nights) 6 am–6 pm; 6 pm–6 am with shift differential.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial workplace or equivalent military education/training preferred.
• Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Ability to maintain a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, ascend/descend stairs, bend, twist, stoop and crouch; wear PPE (ear, eye and toe protection).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Master all manufacturing process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair and quality checks.
• Participate in machine start-up, troubleshooting, shutdown, grade changes and other events.
• Use lean principles to identify and solve problems.
