Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with opportunities for overtime and benefits.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a high school diploma or GED (accredited).
• 1+ years of verifiable continuous work experience preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, perform basic repairs, and conduct quality checks.
• Participate in machine start-up, trouble shooting, shutdowns, and grade changes.
• Apply lean principles to identify and solve problems.
