Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, WI, is seeking a Production Operator to operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and help deliver top-quality products for a global audience. The role includes shift work, basic problem solving, and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• 1+ years of verifiable continuous work experience.
• Able to work rotating shifts (days and nights) 6 am – 6 pm; 6 pm – 6 am with shift differential.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial workplace or equivalent military education/training preferred.
• Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend/descend stairs, bend, twist, stoop and crouch; wear PPE including ear, eye and toe protection.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate high speed technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Master all manufacturing process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair and quality checks.
• Participate in machine start-up, trouble shooting, shutdown, grade changes and other events.
• Use lean principles to identify and solve problems.
