Element Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for production roles at the MAES team. The position follows a 12-hour schedule with a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (and vice versa), including nights and weekends. A 15% shift differential applies to the hourly rate.

Base salary ranges from $44,000 to $52,000 annually, plus benefits. Candidates should be safety-minded, reliable and able to perform hands-on manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Support daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
