Job summary

Element Solutions Inc., MAES Team, is seeking motivated individuals to join a fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and hands-on work in producing reliable electronic materials.

You will operate equipment, perform assembly and packaging, maintain records, and support daily production goals. The position offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k) plan. Typical base salary range is $44,000–$52,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
• Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals
