Job Description

Must have the ability to work in a safe manner, follow safety guidelines, and understand food safety policies. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and involves reading recipes, troubleshooting process issues, and operating digital scales and mixers. Responsibilities include maintaining FIFO documentation, cleaning and refilling ingredient bins, working in a standing position, lifting up to 50 pounds, and ensuring continuous operation of equipment. Adherence to safety, GMP, allergen procedures, and reporting safety or quality issues immediately are essential. Support the shift team and follow supervisor directives.

Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to work safely and follow safety guidelines
  • Understanding of Food Safety policies
