Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Operator I/ II/ III for a 12-month contract in Temecula, CA onsite, with first, second, and third shift options. The pay range is $19.25/hr on W2 to $23.33/hr on W2, negotiable by experience and location.

Must have at least 6 months manufacturing experience, strong English, and the ability to use microscopes. The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs and basic math, reading/writing, and safety training.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months manufacturing experience; no warehouse/short tenures.
• Must have the visual ability to safely perform essential functions, including color distinction.
• Proficiency in English for speaking, reading, writing and training participation.
• Must be able to read, write, and interpret information; use hand tools and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production processes on assigned shift.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Use microscopes for inspection and quality checks where required.
• Handle items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete shift handoff documentation.

Title: Operator I/ Operator II / Operator III

Location: Temecula, CA 92591 (Onsite)

Duration: 12-month contract with possible extensions

Pay Range: $19.25/hr on w2 -$23.33/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).

1st shift: M-F 5 am – 1:30 pm or 6 am – 2:30 pm

2nd shift: M-F 2 pm- 10:30 pm or 2:30 pm – 11 pm

3rd shift Sunday – Fri 9 pm – 5:30 am

Operator I 0 - to 2 years of experience

Operator II 3 to 4 years of experience

Operator III 5 + years of experience

Job Description:

• Must have 6 months manufacturing experience (does not have to be medical Device that is a plus) not looking for warehouse, forklift drivers/ handlers, amazon, not looking for short tenures.
• Must have the visual ability necessary to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including distinguishing colors where required.
• Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training sessions led by an instructor.
• Comfortable using microscopes.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
• Ability to use microscopes.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle or feel.
• This position requires the ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. and to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, push, pull, and occasionally crawl as required to perform essential job functions.
• Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds.
