CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring Manufacturing Operators (ALL SHIFTS) for G&F Precision Molding in Sturbridge, MA. The role offers hands-on experience in a clean, quality-focused production environment with a focus on high-quality output.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well in a team. Pay ranges from $16.75 to $18.43 per hour, with attendance bonuses and a paid lunch break.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
• Basic math and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience using hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment in a manufacturing and clean room environment.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Perform simple assembly and secondary operations using hand tools.
• Inspect, count, and package finished products.
• Seal, label, and stack completed shipments.
• Accurately record production and scrap data in the ERP system.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
