Machine Operator / Assembler – Manufacturing We’re hiring Machine Operators and Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Hopkinton, MA. This is a hands-on position working with molded parts in a clean, team-oriented production environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable performing repetitive work with small and medium-sized parts
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and coworkers
