Coworx Staffing Services LLC in Danvers, MA is seeking Production Associates to operate molding machines, assemble and inspect parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided for motivated individuals, with a stable, full-time opportunity on both shifts.

Shifts include 1st from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM ($20.00/hour) and 2nd from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM ($22.00/hour). Weekly pay, a supportive team, and opportunity to gain manufacturing experience are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load plastic components into molding machines.
• Monitor machines during the molding process.
• Remove molded plastic parts from machines.
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency.
• Use tweezers and hand tools to trim excess plastic material (flash) from finished products.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Are you looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturing team? We are currently hiring Production Associates that will operate machines, assemble, and inspect parts to join our production team in the Danvers, MA area. No extensive experience required. We will provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay & Schedule:

• Both Shifts: Mon-Fri
