Job summary

nVent is seeking a manufacturing associate to support day-to-day operations in our facility. The role involves operating and adjusting machines, setting up for part runs, and performing quality checks to ensure components meet specifications.

You will follow production leads' instructions, work with work orders and BOMs, and participate in a safe, organized work environment. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Team-focused approach and willingness to follow verbal and written instructions provided by production lead.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to work voluntary/mandatory overtime when business dictates.
  • Abilities to meet the following physical and environmental demands: Lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand or sit for a prolonged period throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Bend, stoop, twist, reach.
  • Operate motorized equipment safely.
  • Ability to work with small parts using hand-eye coordination.
