Aerotek is seeking motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will be cross-trained across multiple departments, giving you the opportunity to develop a variety of manufacturing skills while working in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Overview

Aerotek is seeking motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Biddeford, ME. Key Responsibilities

• Assembling products and components according to work instructions

• Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery

• Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment

• Supporting daily manufacturing and production operations

• Following established safety procedures and quality standards

• Inspecting products to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the process

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

This position involves a combination of standing, sitting, and active movement throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
• Previous experience with assembly, manufacturing, hand tools, or power tools is helpful but not required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, ME.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
