Job summary

Alleima is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support manufacturing, packaging, and related steps in a climate-controlled production environment. You will operate manual and automated equipment to create and distribute products to customers.

Responsibilities include machine set-up, following specifications, monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, reporting issues, and adjusting as needed for varied production cycles.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Dependability and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment and wear PPE.

  • Set‑up and run manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic machines and related ancillary equipment in a production/processing operation.
  • Follow production/process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product.
  • Monitor speed, temperature, diameter measuring equipment, flow meters, gauges, valve position to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
  • Perform in‑process quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopes and micrometers.
  • Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
  • Work in jobs of short, medium or long duration, requiring frequent change in set‑up and variation in cycle.

Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will use equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate-controlled environment to create products and distribute them to customers.

  • Follow production/process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting rate: $18.00 per hour, with yearly merit increases.
  • Shift: Monday‑Thursday 6am‑4pm (10‑hour shifts).
  • Quarterly bonus.

  • 401(k) with company contribution of 5% plus matching after 30 days.
