As a Chemical Process Engineer at Alleima, you will be responsible for optimizing and advancing manufacturing processes with a strong focus on fine wire coating operations, supporting cost savings, efficiency, capability, reliability, quality, and safety at our manufacturing unit.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Materials Engineering, along with 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry would be considered in place of a degree. Higher degrees and/or experience working in fine wire, extrusion, coiling, or electroplating industry may be substituted for some years of experience and/or education.
You are able to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize them accordingly. You have strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem‑solving skills while being persistent in finding solutions. Your ability to interact with members of R&D, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and quality is crucial.
