Job summary

Cooper Standard in Fairview, MI is seeking Manufacturing Operators to safely operate equipment, produce quality parts, and support our fast-paced production team.

This role involves a contingent assignment through staffing partners with the potential to convert to permanent employment after 4–6 months, and a wage progression to 19.20/hour over about 18 months, with benefits after conversion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents.
• Basic math skills for measurements, data collection, and quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities
