Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement through planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources and materials.
The role emphasizes training, supervision, and adherence to standards across shifts. The position requires effective communication, incident investigation, and collaboration with CI teams to drive improvements while maintaining production goals and compliance with company
Ensure the achievement of the unit's safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement goals through adequate planning, organization, coordination and control of its human and technical resources and materials.
Four year degree or two year degree in pursuit of a four year degree with two to four years in supervision and / or more than 3 years practical experience in supervision / management. Ability to identify and resolve day to day technical and operational problems. Analytical skills to gather and interpret production information. Computer competency required, spreadsheet, charting, and word documentation. Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and handle sensitive issues. Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary.
Professional Office Environment Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations when required Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury.
