Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Lab Tech - I (Assistant) for a pharmaceutical client in Millsboro, DE on a 6-month contract. The position emphasizes GMP compliance, aseptic procedures, and accurate record-keeping within a regulated lab environment.

Responsibilities include cell culture work, equipment operation, and adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. On-site work with potential extension based on performance and company needs.

Qualifications

• GMP experience preferred; scientific background helpful.
• Cell culture experience beneficial.
• Aseptic/clean room environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures including aseptic work, media preparation, antigen inoculation and harvest, tissue culture preparation and harvest, and vaccine filling.
• Maintain accurate records (charts, log books, documentation).
• Communicate any unusual/non-routine occurrences while performing tasks.
• Clean and sterilize glassware and equipment; prepare work areas.
• Set up and operate equipment as required.
