Job summary

Liveo Research in New Castle, Delaware is hiring a Manufacturing Utility Technician to support day-to-day production across assigned areas. You will assist with equipment operation, material handling, finishing and packaging, and complete production records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule, and a safety-first mindset. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Benefits include 401(k) with match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine-operation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete records accurately.
• Basic math, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, quality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, material preparation, converting, finishing, and packaging activities as assigned.
• Assist with operating, monitoring, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Move, stage, weigh, label, wrap, and package raw materials and finished products according to work instructions and customer requirements.
• Complete production records, shift logs, labels, inspections, and data entry accurately and on time.
• Follow all safety procedures, JSAs, cGMP, ISO standards and quality procedures.
• Inspect work areas and equipment, report hazards or concerns promptly to supervision.
• Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, when trained and authorized; perform pre-use inspections.
