Kraft Heinz is hiring an Operations Technician at the Columbia, Missouri plant. This hourly manufacturing role covers 12-hour shifts (days or nights) with responsibilities including processing raw meat, following safety and quality directives, trouble-shooting to minimize downtime, and daily sanitation tasks.

Pre-employment checks and a valid state ID are required. Located at the Columbia plant—home of Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs—this position emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to SOPs

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to stand for the full 12-hour shift.
• Able to work in cold/wet environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, carrying, pushing and pulling.
• Must have a valid state-issued photo ID.
• Must have reliable transportation for any shift.
• Must remove jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, nail polish before starting employment.

Responsabilités

• Process and handle raw meat including beef, pork and poultry.
• Follow directives to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Daily sanitation and cleaning tasks.
• Process supervised documentation.
