Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced data reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPS.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Align scheduling needs with work order creation and completions.
• Audit work order completions against daily output for the facility.
• Monitor and evaluate plant performance based on core KPIs.
• Lead cycle count program and analyze discrepancies.
• Maintain and distribute plant reporting on core KPIs.
