Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience in import/export operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of advanced failure analysis techniques.

• Collaborate with safety and compliance teams for continuous improvement.
• Communicate production updates and progress to upper management.
• Prepare and present reports on production metrics and performance.
• Facilitate communication between different departments involved in production.
• Address any production related issues and provide solutions.
• Implement effective communication strategies for improved efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.
