Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Lean Six Sigma certification(s) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate production goals.
• Lead Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts and projects; enforce 6S, on-time delivery, and yield goals.
• Monitor production yields and analyze daily/weekly trends; drive improvements.
• Provide feedback and coach subordinates; write and present annual performance reviews.
