ICM Corporation in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced production assembler to join our growing team. You will assemble components per drawings, operate power tools, and help maintain a safe, efficient production floor.

Candidates should have 5+ years of manufacturing experience, forklift certification, and strong organizational skills; bilingual Spanish helpful. We offer on-the-job training and a collaborative culture with flexible schedules.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in production or assembly.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Must stay organized and safety-minded.
• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble units, components, panels, doors and hardware per drawings.
• Manage daily duties of production workers.
• Train new employees on production processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and quality.
• Handle materials and relocate shipments using pallet jacks or forklift.
• Conduct inventory walks to track raw materials stock.
• Coordinate with purchasing and use MRP for materials.
• Assemble components and verify correct fit and fastenings.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment; follow procedures.
