Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to lead a team of technicians on our missiles production line at Arsenal-1, Ohio. You will manage daily production, prioritise work orders, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role blends hands-on manufacturing with people leadership, requiring strong communication, 5S/Lean knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Hands-on hardware experience on the production floor.
• Strong safety and 5S/Lean knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• U.S. Person for access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery of Anduril products through acceptance testing and delivery.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations to include timely issuing and completion of work orders to the production floor, clear blockers daily for the production team to achieve their goals.
• Ensure all operators follow safety procedures and standard work tasks; proactively identify and drive safety improvements.
• Prioritize work activities for operators to achieve on-time delivery goals.
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement activities on the floor.
• Complete transactions in NetSuite/JIRA daily.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in each work area.
• Provide weekly production progress reports, blockers, risks, needs.
• Lead daily cross-functional communication with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality teams.
